• 1. Make payment of Rs.1,000/- only as follows by cash deposit/UPI-BHIM/NEFT.

• 2. Inform details of payment made by you by sms/WhatsApp to 9821022621. Mention patient name, age, payment amount and mode of payment.
• 3. Inform the desired time for video consultation. Video consultation will be available on Monday/ Wednesday/Friday – 7.00 to 9.00 pm.
• 4. If you are a follow up patient, then send pictures of previous 3 prescription papers and notes.
